In order for us to screen share you need to first download this 5mb Remote Support Application and run it.

You'll need to provide us with the address it generates which will look something like this EXAMPLE below.

If the application doesn't provide you with an address you will likely need to RIGHT-CLICK the file and say RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR 

or go to PROPERTIES 

and see if the UNBLOCK option is available then run it again.
