We apologize for the short notice!  We've been working on an update to push out but are behind schedule. Code signing certificates now require a physical dongle and ours that we ordered before Christmas just showed up on Friday! The current code that expires every 5 years is set to expire February 1st, 2025, hence the warning if you've seen one.

 

Please close out MemorialDESIGNER then download and run the installer which should reset the expiration to April 6, 2030.

We're working on new licensing code to keep these warnings from happening for perpetual licenses, and would tie to subscription renewal dates, but it likely won't be done until later in the year.

 

If it applies correctly, when you open MemorialDESIGNER and click ? either on the keyboard or on the MemorialDESIGNER Toolbar, it should show the new version number and expiration date.

If it does NOT apply correctly and you need us to get on the machine to fix it, please go to sos.splashtop.com and after running their small app, give us the 9-digit code it provides and we’ll get on the machine and get you fixed up.

 

Below are instructions for downloading and running the installer though some screenshots reference previous versions so yours might look slightly different.

 

 

Once the file is downloaded, click to OPEN it

 

If you’re running the Microsoft Edge browser, you’ll likely need to hover over the download click the … to say KEEP

Then click SHOW MORE and KEEP ANYWAY for it to finalize the download.

Once the download is complete, you can click OPEN FILE

If this warning pops up click RUN

 

If you get this warning, click MORE INFO

Then click RUN ANYWAY

 

You may also get other warnings from Virus Protection software, so be sure to okay the installer with them as well.

Click I AGREE

And click INSTALL (again the UPDATE installer looks slightly different).

If UAC warnings pop up, asking if you want to modify your system, say YES.

When it’s done, click CLOSE.

When you open CorelDRAW, MemorialDESIGNER should now be installed.  If it worked, then when you click the ? on the keyboard or on the MemorialDESIGNER toolbar it will now display April 6, 2030 as the expiration date.
